Spaghetti al limone has a surprisingly fresh and pleasant taste and it’s a recipe ultra-easy and quick to prepare.
Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 2 lemons with peel grated
- 1 lemon with peel cut in rinds
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
Warm up butter in a large pan where you’ll finish the pasta and add the grated peel of 2 lemons. Turn heat off and let flavor while pasta is cooking.
When pasta almost done, turn heat on low under the pan with butter and grated lemon peels, add cream, salt and heat.
Pour cooked spaghetti into pan, add lemon rinds, mix gently adding parmesan as well, then turn heat off and serve.
Note: you should use non treated organic lemons. Mind to avoid the white spongy part when peeling lemons. Pasta must be removed when approaching al dente as it’ll finish cooking when mixing in the sauce.
