Pasta with Shrimp and Broccoli is a pleasant healthy combination of flavors pleasant and appetizing.


Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 3/4 pound spaghetti
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3/4 pound broccoli cut in small pieces
  • 3/4 pound medium shrimp
  • 4 ounces dry white wine
  • some hot pepper flakes
  • salt



Blanch broccoli dipping them in boiling water, about 30 seconds. When dry, sauté in a large deep pan with oil and garlic, 2-3 minutes. Then discard garlic. Remove broccoli from pan and set them aside.

In the same pan, sauté shrimp adding hot pepper flakes, about 1 minute, then add wine.

About 1 minute later, stir in broccoli to heat and salt. Then pour drained pasta in pan. Mix well, turn heat off and serve.


Note: You could chop garlic and leave with the dish. Then you could eliminate 1 clove. Long pasta indicated with this dish.
