Total Time: 20 minutes

Pasta with broccoli  dish simple and quick to prepare a different color from the usual pasta recipes.

 

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 3/4 pound short pasta
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 8 filets of anchovies
  • 1 pound broccoli cut in bite sizes

 

Directions:

Drop broccoli in boiling water you will use to cook pasta too. Cook them for 2 minutes and set aside.

Put in a large pan oil, garlic, hot pepper at low heat cook for about 30 seconds, then add anchovies and dissolve them with the help of a wooden spoon.

Add broccoli and flavor them in mixture about a minute or more.

With heat at medium, add cooked and drained pasta. Mix thoroughly. Turn heat off and serve.

 

Note: Always reserve some water from pasta to add to condiment if too dry or add some raw oil.
