Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Pasta salad puttanesca style in a cold pasta salad is good and appreciated as much as the hot counterpart. Hot red pepper is optional.


Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 8 ounces farfalle
  • 6 ounces tomatoes chopped
  • 6  ounces mozzarella cut in small cubes
  • 6 anchovies filets chopped finely
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoons of black pitted olives sliced
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper



Put all ingredients in a large bowl except pasta.

Add cooked cooled pasta. Mix well. Let it rest before serving for flavors to blend.
